As the central point of coordination for clinic operations, staff support, workflow optimization, and compliance, you will ensure each clinic functions at its highest potential.

Job Description

- Oversee daily operations across all clinic locations, ensuring standardized workflows, efficient patient flow, and consistent service quality.
- Advise clinic managers, leads, and administrative staff across locations.
- Participate in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Ensure accurate billing practices, charge capture, and documentation workflows.
- Coordinate facility needs, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships across clinics.
- Ensure all clinics adhere to regulatory standards (HIPAA, OSHA, state regulations).
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Human Resources preferred.
- 4–7 years of healthcare management experience, ideally in multi‑site outpatient setting preferred.
- Strong understanding of clinic operations, scheduling systems, and revenue cycle processes.
- Experience with HR functions such as hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and general office software.
- Ability to travel between clinic locations as needed.
