Capstone Physical Therapy is currently seeking a full-time Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) with experience in upper extremity rehabilitation to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed provider to join a well-established clinic dedicated to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Capstone Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned, private practice committed to providing clinical excellence through one-on-one care. Our team emphasizes advanced education, specialty certifications, and top-tier customer service—all in a supportive, collaborative environment. We do not use aides or care extenders. All treatment is provided by licensed therapists, and 45-minute treatment sessions ensure continuity and quality of care.

Qualifications
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy (DPT/MPT) or Occupational Therapy (OTD/OTR) program
- Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist in the State of Washington (or eligible for licensure)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Motivated to pursue continuing education and professional development
- Strong manual therapy and splinting skills
- Experience communicating with referral sources and case managers in return-to-work cases
Compensation
Base salary ranges from $85,000 to $105,000. Salary is competitive and dependent on experience, education, and specialization. Performance-based bonuses available.
