Capstone Medical Services (CMS) is seeking a skilled and licensed Athletic Trainer for a high-value, temporary Leave Replacement assignment in a dynamic Atlantic City secondary school.
This is a unique opportunity to provide unmatched athletic training excellence on a clearly defined part-time schedule, allowing you to bridge a career gap, gain new experience, or supplement your income with premium pay. - Predictable Schedule: Work consistently part-time (approx. 15-28 hours/week). Shifts typically start in the afternoon (around 1:45 PM) and conclude in the early evening (around 6:30 PMish), offering you complete control over your mornings.

Your Impact: Delivering The Platinum Standard in Atlantic City
As the on-site Athletic Trainer, you will provide essential sports medicine coverage and peace of mind to the school's administration, coaches, and student-athletes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation for secondary school student-athletes.
- Act as the primary on-site healthcare provider for afternoon practices and home contests.
- Manage athletic emergencies and implement concussion care protocols.
- Act as a crucial liaison between coaches, parents, and local physicians.
- Maintain accurate medical records and care logs.
Qualifications
- National Certification as a Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC).
- New Jersey State Athletic Training Licensure in good standing (or eligible) is required
- New Jersey Department of Education Standard Athletic Training Certificate (or eligible)
- Current Professional Rescuer CPR/AED certification.
- Reliable transportation for daily on-site work.
