- Exceptional Work-Life Balance (1,350 Hour Cap): Earn a full-time salary and comprehensive benefits while being contractually limited to working a maximum of 1,350 hours between August and June annually. This clear boundary is designed to eliminate burnout. No mandatory summer responsibilities or external clinical duties.
- Competitive Salary & Full Benefits:
- Base Salary: $57,500.00 - $65,000.00 per year.
- Full Benefits Package: Includes Retirement Plan, Medical Coverage Stipends, Annual CEU Allotment, Sick Days, and Paid Time Off.
- Income Boost: Additional, non-mandatory per diem event coverage is available at a minimum of $50/hour if you wish to increase your annual earnings.

Your Impact: Lead the Health of the Penn State Scranton Lions
You will be the Lead AT, responsible for implementing the Platinum Standard in athletic healthcare for a dynamic Division III collegiate department.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as the primary on-site expert for injury prevention, evaluation, and rehabilitation for all teams.
- Managing concussion care and leading preventative/risk reduction initiatives.
- Acting as the crucial Liaison & Coordination point between all stakeholders: school administration, local physicians, coaches, and student-athletes.
- Collaborating with site administrators on compliance, medically eligible athlete lists, and contributing to administrative logistics (EAPs, supply inventory).
- Mentoring and serving as a positive role model for student-athlete health and wellbeing.
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Athletic Training.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of collegiate experience is strongly preferred.
- National Certification as a Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC).
- Pennsylvania State Athletic Training Licensure in good standing (or eligible) is required.
- Current Professional Rescuer CPR/AED certification.
