Our associates play a critical role in keeping products moving efficiently throughout the supply chain while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
What You'll Do
- Select and build customer orders throughout the warehouse
- Operate warehouse equipment, including:
- Single and double electric pallet jacks
- Reach trucks
- Forklifts (as required)
- Use VoCollect systems, RF scanners, and pick tickets to accurately select products
- Meet productivity and quality standards
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating a ride-on electric pallet jack
- Previous warehouse order selecting experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to work extended hours when needed
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Frequent walking throughout the warehouse during the shift
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working on concrete flooring
- Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures
- Ability to safely perform the physical demands of warehouse work
