- Manage a dedicated portfolio of accounts
- Investigate and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies independently.
- Act as a representative of the company in handling complaints and disputes with both internal and external customers.
- Provide consultation to management regarding assigned portfolio
- Make decisions regarding collections and credit status of customers within assigned portfolio
- Develop and recommend process and policy improvements to create efficiencies
- Provide policy interpretation as needed to internal stakeholders
- Act as a resource for a variety of requests for information pertaining to assigned portfolio
