Overnight On Demand Medical Courier/Independent Contractor

Capstone Logistics is looking for an Independent Contractor Courier with a 2014 or newer vehicle to pick up and deliver Medical & Lab Specimens to and from various locations. Drivers should be prepared to travel to different areas. Successful Independent Contractors are expected to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining professional relationships with our Partners and Customers.

All contractors are expected to Safely and promptly transport all specimen while keeping open lines of communication with the Dispatch team. All shifts require scanning and picture-taking so Independent Contractor must have a smart phone and be tech savvy.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport medical supplies to various locations.
• Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling and care of sensitive materials.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure timely deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any concerns.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure operational safety.

Shift : Saturday & Sunday 6:00pm to 6:00am

Vehicle: Car

MUST WORK EVERY DAY DURING THE POSTED/AGREED UPON HOURS.

Easy Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• A valid driver’s license and current insurance
• A CLEAN Motor Vehicle Report
• Ability to meet vehicle requirements (Driver must be listed on vehicle Insurance)
• Must have and be able to use a smartphone
• All vendors will operate their own delivery vehicle. Stable routes and pay!
• No call/no shows, Repeated Call-outs: will result in termination.
