Grocery Delivery Driver - MUST HAVE VAN

Capstone Logistics is looking for Independent Contractors/Owner-Operators with vehicles 2016 or newer for Grocery deliveries to residences in the New Haven, CT area. Drivers will be expected to deliver 2-4 orders per hour (this is dependent on vehicle size) from Store to Door. No Shopping! No unattended Deliveries! All deliveries are Local! The desired candidates must meet all the basic job requirements (noted below). Owner Operators are encouraged to apply! Being Punctual is a requirement! Being Friendly is a requirement! Communication is a key factor to your success and ours!

SHIFT OPEN: Saturday and Sunday

Hours: 9a-5p

*ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE WEEKEND AVAILABILTY, *** NO EXCEPTIONS***

*This is a 1099 Route opportunity, applicants are expected to have 1099 IC Delivery experience*

Pay: 11.50 per delivery (Contractor is guaranteed 16 orders per shift) Tips

Easy Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• A valid driver’s license and current insurance
• A CLEAN Motor Vehicle Report
• Ability to meet vehicle requirements (Driver must be listed on vehicle Insurance)
• Must have and be able to use a smartphone
• Heavy Lifting required daily!
• All vendors will operate their own delivery vehicle. Stable routes and pay!
• No call/no shows, Call-outs with no coverage will result in termination.

Fees: All I/C’s are subject to various Start-up/standard industry deductions. A few examples highlighted below.

On average, Fees can go up to/beyond $40/week per I/C.
