Essential Functions
Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end implementation of warehouse automation systems, including installation, testing, commissioning, and stabilization.
- Provide technical support for integration with WMS, WCS, and WES platforms to ensure reliable system performance and data flow.
- Troubleshoot automation system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues.
- MonitorautomationKPIs such as throughput, uptime, and accuracy, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assistin the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials for site operators.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensureoptimalsystem health and minimal downtime.
- Participate in cross-functional project meetings and provide technical input to support timelines, budgets, and operational readiness.

education and/or experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering(Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field),Masters degree is Preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, orlogisticsenvironments.
- Hands-on experience supporting automated material handling, robotics, or warehouse automation systems preferred.
- Working knowledge of warehouse automation systems and controls.
- Familiarity with WMS, WCS, and WES environments.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Proficiencywith Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to spend extended periods walking or standing on the warehouse floor during system installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Frequent movement between operational areas, including climbing stairs, accessing elevated platforms, and inspecting automation equipment.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, vest, and hard hat when on-site.
- Regular use of computers, diagnostic tools, and handheld devices for system monitoring and troubleshooting.
