General Laborers needed for our C&D Facility in Appleton, WI
Working in C&D recycling is hands-on, physical work that plays an important role in keeping reusable materials out of landfills and helping our communities recycle more efficiently.
This position does not require previous recycling experience. A candidate’s ability to follow directions, work safely, maintain reliable attendance, and perform the essential functions of the job will determine whether we consider moving forward in candidacy for a present or future full-time position. Our candidate selection process is based on specific criteria designed to foster a safe, positive, and efficient workforce.
EARN $18.53 AN HOUR! POTENTIAL OVERTIME MAY BE AVAILABLE

Schedule:Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 3:30pm & 6:30am to 12pm every other Saturday

- Can safely sort, separate, move, and organize recyclable materials according to facility procedures.
- Are able to work in a fast-paced industrial environment and follow all safety procedures and instructions.
- Are willing to consent to a background check
- Are willing to consent to a drug screen
- Have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
- Prior warehouse, construction, recycling, general labor, or material-sorting experience is a plus, but not required.
