Capstone IT is helping our client to find a Senior IT Project Manager. This role will be responsible for leading the full lifecycle of technology projects from initiation through planning, execution, control, and delivery. The ideal candidate will be an experienced project leader who can align business goals with IT deliverables while collaborating with product owners, vendors, and cross-functional teams. The role will involve developing project plans and schedules, managing risks, allocating resources, and ensuring projects meet objectives, budgets, and deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end IT project lifecycle activities
- Define project scope, vision, objectives, and success metrics
- Develop schedules and manage resource allocation
- Work with vendors and internal teams to implement solutions
- Facilitate requirements, user stories, and testing strategy sessions
- Monitor risks, budgets, and performance metrics
- Prepare regular project communication and progress reports
- Manage compliance and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or 6 years of experience)
- Master’s degree preferred
- 6 years in IT or business project roles; 2 in leadership
- Experience with Agile project delivery
- Proficient with Azure DevOps, and related tools
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, SDLC, and risk management
