Technology Company Office Coordinator / Dispatch
We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and detail oriented Entry-Level Dispatcher to join our service team. This role is essential in coordinating technical support requests, managing ticket flow, and ensuring our clients receive prompt, professional service. The Dispatcher acts as a liaison between clients and the technical team, ensuring service requests are prioritized and assigned appropriately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Create, assign, and manage service tickets in the PSA (Professional Services Automation) tool.
- Schedule and dispatch technicians based on skill set, urgency, and availability.
- Monitor ticket queues to ensure SLAs are met.
- Communicate with clients to confirm receipt of requests, provide updates, and manage expectations.
- Escalate urgent or unresolved issues to appropriate technical staff or management.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all interactions and actions taken.
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to service operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree a plus).
- 1 year of customer service or office experience preferred (tech/IT environment a plus).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems or PSA tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Autotask) is a plus.
- Interest in technology or IT services is a plus.
