We are looking for professionals who:

Flat-rate commission structure

• Strong commission earnings potential of $120,000 to $280,000 annually
• Full-time opportunity with training, support, and career growth

 Must be able to work in a collaborative manner with other team members

Key Responsibilities:

 Guide prospective buyers through the entire homebuying journey, from initial inquiry to contract

 Maintain consistent and proactive lead follow-up and CRM management

 Present homes, communities, and value propositions with confidence and professionalism

 Partner with internal teams (construction, marketing, and leadership) to deliver a seamless experience

 Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

 Maintain a strong understanding of market conditions, competition, and product positioning
