Responsibilities
- Assist clients with scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups to ensure seamless client flow
- Manage client records with accuracy, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing clear information about services, insurance, and appointment details
- Perform house calls when onboarding new clients to get an understanding of required care
- Coordinate with staff to facilitate client care and support administrative needs in the office
- Prepare and organize medical documentation, including forms, reports, and correspondence
- Assist with billing processes, insurance claims, and payment collections as needed
- Maintain a tidy and organized office environment to promote an efficient workflow
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a medical office setting is highly preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and administrative procedures in healthcare environments
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Office experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Level 2 Background Screening
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
