Our healthcare partner is seeking a dedicated OT for an 8-week travel contract in beautiful Sonoma, California. This role focuses on a primarily musculoskeletal patient population, including post-operative care, offering a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact.
As an Occupational Therapist in this role, you will:
- Provide therapeutic interventions in an outpatient clinic setting
- Focus on orthopedic and musculoskeletal patient care
- Engage in post-operative rehabilitation
- Perform splint fabrication and modification
- Participate in wound care related to post-op patients
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to deliver exceptional patient care
Requirements for this position include:
- Active Occupational Therapist licensure
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic/MSK settings strongly preferred
- Proficiency in post-operative rehab and splint fabrication
- Wound care experience preferred
- CHT certification preferred, but not required
- Need 1 year experience in setting
