Job Description
We are seeking and experienced Long-Term Care Registered Nurse for a 13 week day shift contract with possibility of extension! in this setting, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering comprehensive care to patients with complex, multi-system medical conditions who require an extended hospital stay (typically averaging 25–30 days).
- Key Responsibilities: Managing patients with high-acuity needs ), implementing individualized treatment plans, administering complex therapies, and facilitating care transitions in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
- Typical Requirements:
- Associate Degree (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Active Georgia State RN License or Multistate/Compact RN License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support [ACLS] is also highly preferred for LTAC settings).
- Requires at least 1 to 2 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care
Pay: From $50.00 per hour
