Our healthcare partner is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team in a mixed ICU setting. In this role, you will be an integral part of a 19-bed mixed ICU, providing care across a variety of specialties including Neuro, Medical, Trauma, Vascular, and Cardiothoracic. You will have the opportunity to float between the ICU and PMCU, ensuring comprehensive patient care in a step-down level unit with a 3:1 ratio.
- Provide high-quality care to patients in a mixed ICU setting
- Manage EBD drains and other neuro-related responsibilities
- Float between ICU and PMCU as needed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Utilize Epic system effectively
Requirements:
- Current CA RN license
- Epic experience within the last year
- At least 2 years of RN experience
- Neuro experience required
- TNCC preferred
- Need 2 years experience in setting
