Physicians must serve as collaborating physician for CRNP's
Temporary Training Location: Please note that this position will ultimately be based at the Fayette, AL facility. Until the facility is fully open and operational, selected candidates will be required to complete training and/or perform assigned work at a Capstone Health location in Walker County, Alabama. Additional details regarding the training location, schedule, and transition to the designated facility will be communicated during the hiring and onboarding process.
