About the Role
As Director of Member Services, you will lead the engagement strategy for assigned Capstone member organizations, helping hospitals and health systems fully leverage Capstone’s portfolio of contracts, supplier partnerships, and supply chain solutions.
You will work closely with supply chain executives, finance leaders, and operational stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings, contract optimization, and operational improvement.
This is a high-visibility role that collaborates across Capstone teams and strategic supplier partners to deliver measurable financial and operational value to our members.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary relationship leader for assigned Capstone member organizations
- Maintain a proactive engagement cadence to strengthen relationships and drive contract utilization while maximizing member savings
- Partner with supply chain leaders and key stakeholders within hospitals and health systems
- Develop strategic account plans with clear SMART goals, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic presentations highlighting savings, opportunities, and performance insights
- Identify opportunities to expand Capstone solutions across acute and non-acute areas including foodservice, pharmacy, and purchased services
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to implement new contracting opportunities and aggregation programs
- Use data and analytics to identify utilization gaps and savings opportunities
- Manage and resolve member or supplier issues while ensuring strong service delivery
- Maintain accurate CRM data, member rosters, and engagement tracking

What We're Looking For
Experience
- 5 years of experience in healthcare, supply chain, account management, or business development
- Experience working with health systems, hospitals, GPOs, or supplier organizations
- Demonstrated success in contracting, strategic partnerships, or performance improvement initiatives
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights for executive audiences
- Strong relationship-building and consultative engagement approach
- Experience using CRM tools and business analytics platforms
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products

- Travel: Approximately 20–50% nationwide travel
- Work environment includes member sites, remote work, and industry events
