Capstone Field Services is seeking a top-performing Regional Sales Manager to lead expansion across the Southeast U.S.
This is not a maintenance role—we are looking for a hunter with a track record of closing complex, high-value industrial projects.

Capstone Field Services is a WBENC-certified WBE/WOSB specializing in engineered solutions for the power and industrial sectors.
We deliver turnkey projects including:
- Gas turbine air inlet and exhaust system upgrades and media replacement
- HRSG, lined duct and stack system upgrades
- Acoustical testing, design, and baffle fabrication and replacement
- ASME pressure parts, vessels, and piping systems
- Proprietary freeze protection enclosure systems supporting NERC compliance

What You’ll Do
- Own and execute the regional sales strategy across the Southeast
- Identify, develop, and close multi-six-figure to multi-million-dollar opportunities
- Build relationships with plant leadership, EPCs, and OEM partners
- Lead proposals, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations
- Partner with engineering and operations to deliver winning solutions
- Maintain a disciplined CRM, pipeline, and forecast
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in industrial, energy, or power generation sales
- Demonstrated ability to close large, complex deals
- Strong technical fluency—able to engage engineers and operators
- Experience managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Self-starter mentality with a “build your territory” mindset
- Residency in the Territory detailed below

Base Salary
$110,000 – $130,000
Uncapped Incentive Plan
Designed for high six-figure total earnings potential
- Target OTE: $180K – $250K
- Top Performers: $300K

- 3–5% on gross margin (baseline deals)
- 6–8% on margin after annual quota achievement
