Regional Sales Manager – Southeast (Power & Industrial Markets)

Capstone Field Services is seeking a top-performing Regional Sales Manager to lead expansion across the Southeast U.S.


This is not a maintenance role—we are looking for a hunter with a track record of closing complex, high-value industrial projects.

Capstone Field Services is a WBENC-certified WBE/WOSB specializing in engineered solutions for the power and industrial sectors.

We deliver turnkey projects including:

  • Gas turbine air inlet and exhaust system upgrades and media replacement
  • HRSG, lined duct and stack system upgrades
  • Acoustical testing, design, and baffle fabrication and replacement
  • ASME pressure parts, vessels, and piping systems
  • Proprietary freeze protection enclosure systems supporting NERC compliance

Our clients rely on us for technical expertise, speed, and execution certainty.


What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute the regional sales strategy across the Southeast
  • Identify, develop, and close multi-six-figure to multi-million-dollar opportunities
  • Build relationships with plant leadership, EPCs, and OEM partners
  • Lead proposals, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations
  • Partner with engineering and operations to deliver winning solutions
  • Maintain a disciplined CRM, pipeline, and forecast

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in industrial, energy, or power generation sales
  • Demonstrated ability to close large, complex deals
  • Strong technical fluency—able to engage engineers and operators
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
  • Self-starter mentality with a “build your territory” mindset
  • Residency in the Territory detailed below


Territory

VA, NC, SC, GA, FL, TN, MS, AR, LA, TX

(60–80% travel)

Compensation That Rewards Top Performers

We are structured to attract and retain elite sales professionals:

Base Salary

$110,000 – $130,000

Uncapped Incentive Plan

Designed for high six-figure total earnings potential

  • Target OTE: $180K – $250K
  • Top Performers: $300K

Commission Structure (Example Framework)

  • 3–5% on gross margin (baseline deals)
  • 6–8% on margin after annual quota achievement

Strategic Incentives

  • New client acquisition bonuses
  • Potential profit-sharing or equity participation for sustained high performers
