Capstone Field Services is seeking a top-performing Regional Sales Manager to lead expansion across the Southeast U.S.

 

This is not a maintenance role—we are looking for a hunter with a track record of closing complex, high-value industrial projects.

Capstone Field Services is a WBENC-certified WBE/WOSB specializing in engineered solutions for the power and industrial sectors.

We deliver turnkey projects including:

  • Gas turbine air inlet and exhaust system upgrades and media replacement
  • HRSG, lined duct and stack system upgrades
  • Acoustical testing, design, and baffle fabrication and replacement
  • ASME pressure parts, vessels, and piping systems
  • Proprietary freeze protection enclosure systems supporting NERC compliance

What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute the regional sales strategy across the Southeast
  • Identify, develop, and close multi-six-figure to multi-million-dollar opportunities
  • Build relationships with plant leadership, EPCs, and OEM partners
  • Lead proposals, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations
  • Partner with engineering and operations to deliver winning solutions
  • Maintain a disciplined CRM, pipeline, and forecast

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in industrial, energy, or power generation sales
  • Demonstrated ability to close large, complex deals
  • Strong technical fluency—able to engage engineers and operators
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
  • Self-starter mentality with a “build your territory” mindset

(50–75% travel)

 

Compensation That Rewards Top Performers

We are structured to attract and retain elite sales professionals:

Base Salary

$110,000 – $130,000

Uncapped Incentive Plan

Designed for high six-figure total earnings potential

  • Target OTE: $180K – $250K
  • Top Performers: $300K

Commission Structure (Example Framework)

  • 3–5% on gross margin (baseline deals)
  • 6–8% on margin after annual quota achievement

Strategic Incentives

  • New client acquisition bonuses
  • Potential profit-sharing or equity participation for sustained high performers

Company Description
Capstone Equipment, LLC provides mechanical and structural engineering design & analysis performed by our experienced team of professionals licensed in many U.S. States & Alberta (See list below). In addition to our technical capabilities, Capstone has partnered with Forney Corporation (Addison, TX) to expand their capabilities to include the fabrication of piping & valve spools, pipe skids, pipe racks, pressure vessels, stacks, dampers, acoustical systems (silencers, enclosures, barriers, shrouds, etc.), structural steel, dampers, lined ductwork, ladders and platforms in Forney's Monterrey, Mexico facility. This facility has a 100,000 square foot air conditioned ASME/AWS welding shop, 21' clear under the hook of two 7.5 ton cranes, and a new state of the art surface preparation and coating booths 40' long x 16' high x 14' width. Our Monterrey, Mexico facility is scheduled to earn their ASME Section I ("S"), Section VIII ("U"), and National Board "R" Certification by the end of March 2017. When Mexico does not provide the best landed value for your equipment, Capstone may utilize one of their long standing fabrication partners throughout Europe, Middle East, India, and Asia to satisfy your quality fabrication requirements at the most attractive landed cost.

California, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada,
Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Vermont, and Alberta, Canada

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
