Capstan Yachts is seeking experienced yacht brokers to join our team in Southwest Florida. We specialize in representing premier brands such as Sedna Sportfishing, American Custom Catamarans, Dynamic Boats, and Hanover Yachts. Position: Yacht Broker

Location: Southwest Florida (Naples, FL)

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent and sell new yacht brands, including Sedna Sportfishing, BlueCat, Dynamic Boats, and Hanover Yachts.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to facilitate yacht sales and purchases.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the buying or selling process.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to promote listings and attract potential buyers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a yacht broker, preferably in the Southwest Florida region.
• Strong knowledge of the yachting industry and market trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a client-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
