We are seeking a Production Technician to support our assembly operations. This position is located at Capsa's Canal Winchester facility. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour. This is a single shift, production and warehouse facility working 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday. Some overtime is required.
Your job will contribute to the team by performing the following duties (other special projects may also be assigned):
- Perform repetitive assembly line tasks to produce products as workflow demands.
- Work at different assembly stations as business or production demand requires, including our frame building station.
- Participate in continuous improvement processes or cross-training
What we ask of you:
- High school diploma preferred
- 1 years’ experience in production assembly operations
- Ability to work with hand tools (such as pneumatic drill)
- Consistent attendance
- Willing to work and train in a variety of production areas
- Strong team skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand throughout work shift and lift up to 50 pounds consistently
