Position Summary:
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
- Works with site management to maintain, tests and inspect a variety of instruments.
- Supports senior staff to ensure instruments are calibrated correctly and obtains accurate readings.
- Compiles and records data for each instrument.
- Enters data into databases. (ie calibration, systems applications and products, document management, quality management)
- Works with senior staff to develop a comprehensive knowledge of subject matter.
- Assists with the logistical aspects of the scheduling, shipping, and outsourcing of calibration/repair for instruments to approved subcontractors.

- Assignments are routine and repetitious in nature. Work performed within narrowly defined parameters. Follows established procedures and guidelines.
- Works under direct supervision and from detailed verbal and/or written instructions. Uses established procedures to accomplish assigned task.
- May require some limited judgement in resolving problems.
- Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers. Frequent contact with external contractors/vendors.
Required:
- High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required, Associate's or technical degree preferred.
- 02-04 years related experience required.
- Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed, cGMP training/experience desired.
