Duties
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a friendly demeanor, ensuring each customer feels valued
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or appointments by utilizing your strong communication skills
- Assist customers with data entry tasks, updating records promptly and accurately within our computer systems
- Use your knowledge of medical terminology when supporting healthcare-related inquiries or appointments
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette to foster positive interactions and customer satisfaction
- Identify customer needs through active listening and analysis skills, offering appropriate solutions or directing them to the right department
- Multitask effectively by managing multiple conversations while documenting details clearly and efficiently
Requirements
- Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse customer populations effectively
- Proven experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is a plus, especially familiarity with medical terminology
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in data entry and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
