Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Fire Alarm Technician. Based in Lubbock, TX, the position requires local work on-site while allowing some flexibility for remote tasks. As a Fire Alarm Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and inspecting fire alarm systems and other low voltage safety systems. In this role, you will also provide exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with life safety regulations and codes.
Qualifications
- Experience with Low Voltage Engineering and understanding of related systems
- Strong Troubleshooting skills, particularly in resolving technical issues with fire alarms and other safety systems
- Knowledge of Alarm Systems and Life Safety standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding Customer Service and interact professionally with clients
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Relevant certifications or licenses for fire alarm system installation and maintenance are highly desirable
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
