As one of our techs, you will consistently work across these different areas, building a comprehensive skill profile that guarantees high market value:
Trade Discipline Skills You Will Master
Electrical Diagnosing and repairing 12\text{V} DC and 120\text{V} AC systems, solar installations, inverters, and converters.
Plumbing Working with pressurized water systems, black/gray tank systems, water heaters, and various piping materials.
Appliance Repair Troubleshooting and fixing refrigerators, furnaces, air conditioners, and ovens/stoves.
Carpentry/Cabinetry Repairing structural framing, interior cabinets, floors, and walls.
Body & Collision Collision repair, panel replacement, fiberglass repair, and structural integrity restoration.
Finishing & Paint Advanced surface preparation, gel coat repair, color matching, and full/partial unit painting.
HVAC Servicing and maintaining rooftop air conditioners and propane-powered furnaces.
Roofing & Sealing Performing leak detection, sealing, and replacing rubber, fiberglass, or metal roofing materials.
Experience: Proven experience as an RV Technician or relevant experience in general construction, automotive body repair, electrical, or plumbing trades is a strong plus. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.

Certification: RVIA or manufacturer certifications are highly valued.
