We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data while ensuring the highest levels of data integrity and confidentiality. This position requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in data entry software, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Accurately input, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems.- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
- Ensure that all data entries meet company standards and guidelines.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors in a timely manner.
- Generate reports as needed and assist with data analysis.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data entry processes and best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to improve data management practices.
- Train new staff on data entry processes and tools as required.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management or related fields is a plus.- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with database management and data analysis tools is an advantage.
The pay range for this role is:
30 - 36 USD per hour(Remote (Portland, Oregon, US))
