Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support team members during daily operations
- Delegate duties and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented environment that promotes collaboration and respect
- Provide exceptional guest service by ensuring every order meets Capriotti’s quality and presentation standards
- Follow all company policies and operational procedures, including food safety, sanitation, and cash handling
- Assist with labor management, inventory control, and cost monitoring
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including kitchen, dining room, and prep areas
- Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure smooth shift transitions
- Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments
- Act with honesty, integrity, and professionalism while promoting Capriotti’s values and culture
- Previous restaurant, food service, or retail leadership experience preferred (Shift Lead, Crew Leader, or Assistant Manager experience a plus)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented work ethic
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
