🚀 About the Role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow Capriotti’s digital footprint across email, SMS, app, and third-party delivery platforms. You’ll manage campaign execution, analyze performance, and bring ideas that drive traffic, loyalty, and brand growth.
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Develop, deploy, and optimize email, SMS, app, and push campaigns
- Create and test offers that boost traffic, loyalty, and catering sales
- Manage A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion and engagement
- Partner with Operations, IT, and Marketing teams to ensure flawless execution
- Support 3rd-party delivery (3PD) promotions with platforms like DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub
- Monitor SEO performance and implement basic optimization tactics
- Report on performance metrics — open/click rates, revenue, AOV, ROAS, and more
🧠 What You Bring
- 2 years in digital marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
- Experience with ESP/SMS/push platforms (e.g., Braze, Klaviyo, Attentive, etc.)
- Strong analytical and QA skills — you love accuracy and insights
- Organized multitasker with strong attention to detail
- Preferred: Experience in QSR, franchise, or retail marketing
