About Caprio Law
Located in downtown Providence, Caprio Law is a women-founded family law firm established in 2026. The firm was inspired by the legacy, traditions, and enduring message of the late Chief Judge Frank Caprio.
At Caprio Law, exceptional legal work and a positive workplace culture are equally important. We seek attorneys and professionals who are intelligent, capable, ambitious, and committed to excellence, but who are also kind, collaborative, respectful, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Our founders bring experience from BigLaw and one of Providence’s largest law firms. As a result, Caprio Law combines the sophistication, organization, resources, and high standards of a larger firm with the warmth, accessibility, flexibility, and camaraderie of a smaller practice.
Caprio Law utilizes modern, cutting-edge technology and efficient systems across every aspect of its practice, including case management, document management, billing, legal research, communications, and closed-universe artificial intelligence platforms.
Caprio Law is entering an exciting period of growth. We are building something thoughtful, ambitious, and lasting, and we are seeking attorneys who are energized by the opportunity to join the firm at an early stage, contribute meaningfully to its development, and help shape its future.
