Responsibilities
- Assist with event set-up, breakdown, and execution following company standards.
- Pull, prepare, and load event décor and inventory from the warehouse prior to events.
- Return, unload, and restock décor and equipment after events, ensuring all items are accounted for and handled with care.
- Drive company vehicles safely and adhere to all traffic laws.
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Arrive on time, ready to work, and communicate promptly with Event Coordinator regarding schedule changes or emergencies.
- Handle event inventory, tools, and equipment with care.
- Assemble and install event elements as directed by Event Coordinator.
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies, including cell phone use restrictions.
- Collaborate with team members and Event Coordinator to ensure efficient event execution.
- Keep work areas tidy and assist with cleanup during and after events.
- Track time accurately and submit on time.
Requirements
- Must adhere to dress code.
- Good hygiene and professional grooming are required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials as needed.
- Must bring and maintain a personal tool kit including: utility knife, stapler, wire cutters, adjustable wrench, JT21 stapler gun, and tape measure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable and punctual, with reliable transportation.
- Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varying shifts.
Job Types: Contract, Seasonal
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
