Join Our Team as a Central Supply Clerk – Keep Our Facility Running Smoothly! (With Experience)

Are you an organized, detail-driven professional ready to play a vital role behind the scenes? We’re looking for a dynamic Central Supply Clerk to manage inventory, coordinate supplies, and keep our facility fully stocked and running like clockwork.
What You’ll Do:
Monitor and stock supply areas daily to meet facility needs
Fill supply requisitions from nursing and other departments following policies
Maintain emergency supply readiness at all times
Keep detailed records of all supply transactions and update inventory systems regularly
Conduct audits to ensure the central supply room is clean, organized, and efficient
Track expiration dates on medical supplies to maintain safety and compliance
Manage purchase orders, claims on damaged goods, and returns to vendors
Verify incoming shipments against invoices and packing slips
Identify and report defective equipment for repair
Ensure all supplies are properly labeled and stored in designated areas
What You Bring:
Prior experience in Central Supply is a must
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong English communication skills—both written and verbal
Excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving abilities
Understanding of budgeting and inventory management
Ability to prioritize and work independently
