Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Health Aide located in Naples, FL. The Home Health Aide will provide compassionate care to clients, assist with personal and daily living activities, and help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for individuals under their care. Responsibilities include fostering communication, supporting physical and emotional well-being, and ensuring a high quality of life for clients.
Qualifications
- Experience and skills in Home Care and Patient Care
- Proficiency in Personal Care and assisting with Activities of Daily Living
- Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining professional boundaries
- Reliable and physically able to assist clients with mobility, lifting, or related needs
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in a relevant field is a plus
