Responsibilities
- Maintain the pool and pool deck by cleaning the areas and maintaining correct pH balance for the pool
- Test pool water and make necessary chemical adjustments while adhering to safety guidelines
- Log the chemical levels
- Vacuum and skim pool daily
- Straighten pool furniture and maintain umbrellas by putting them up in the morning and take them down at closing each day
- Clean pool area by sweeping or spraying with water
- Observe and enforce all pool safety rules and regulations
- Check pool passes and sign in visitors
- Collect guest pass money and return it to the office nightly
- Interact with residents, prospective residents, co-workers, and vendors in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner
- Performs all other duties, as assigned
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
- Previous experience working with pools
- A high school diploma or equivalent
Schedule Requirements:
Monday - Sunday/Flexible scheduling
