We’re looking for a Mail Services Specialist to join our team and take ownership of essential mailroom and administrative processes. This on-site position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured setting and enjoys supporting critical business functions.
What You’ll Do
- Receive, sort, scan, and process incoming and outgoing mail
- Handle incoming checks and payments securely and accurately
- Print, assemble, and distribute litigation-related documents
- Operate mailroom equipment for bulk mailings
- Track daily mailroom activity and maintain accurate records
- Manage return mail and perform electronic file lookups
- File and organize both physical and digital documents
- Support media and affidavit production requests
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
What You Bring
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow procedures and work independently
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in a secure or regulated environment is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods
- Regular movement including standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds
