Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ensure all tables are properly sanitized and maintained throughout the dining service.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to kitchen safety and sanitation standards.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining excellent guest relations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and quality service.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
