MUST be 21 or older!
We are looking for an enthusiastic BARTENDER/SERVER to provide excellent guest experiences.
Experience preferred- we are a fast-paced restaurant/sports bar.
Good workers will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs and expectations.
Compensation includes HOURLY and tips.
This is a fast-paced, fun environment with plenty of opportunities to make good money.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
- Interact with customers. take orders, server food, and make drinks.
- Assess customers' needs and preferences- make recommendations.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
- Check customer' identification and confirm it meets Idaho State Law standards and legal drinking age.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
Skills:
- Knowledge or mixing, garnishing, pouring beer, and serving drinks.
- Computer literacy (Experience with ALOHA is a plus)
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
- Ability to change pace throughout a shift depending on flow of business.
