About Us:
Capone’s is a high-volume, established North Shore restaurant and lounge with a long-standing team, loyal clientele, and live entertainment on weekends. We’re looking to strengthen our bar program with the right leader. For the right candidate, there is potential to grow into a larger leadership role within the bar program
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Bartender who can balance leadership with teamwork—someone confident in their craft, but also adaptable and coachable.
You’ll be working alongside a mix of experienced veteran staff and newer team members, helping bring consistency, organization, and professionalism to the bar while contributing to a positive, team-first environment.
This is not a “clock in and pour drinks” role — we’re looking for someone who takes pride in the craft and the operation.
What We’re Looking For:
- A bartender who can lead by example, not ego
- Comfortable taking direction from ownership/management while also helping set the tone behind the bar
- Strong ability to integrate into an existing team and build respect quickly
- Someone who naturally raises the standard of efficiency, cleanliness, and consistency
Responsibilities:
- Execute high-quality cocktails, beer, and wine service in a fast-paced environment
- Oversee bar setup, breakdown, and daily side work
- Manage prep including garnishes, batching, and stock organization
- Help maintain consistency in drink quality and presentation
- Collaborate on cocktail features and specials
- Support and guide less experienced bartenders when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years bartending experience (high-volume preferred)
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
- Ability to stay organized and composed under pressure
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Available 3–4 shifts per week, including weekend nights
Compensation:
- Pay is negotiable based on experience and scope of role
Why This Role Stands Out:
- Work in a busy, established venue with consistent volume
- Be part of a team that blends experience with new energy
- Opportunity to make a real impact on bar standards and operations
Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per week
Benefits:
- Employee discount
- Paid training
Work Location: In person
Salary : $1,000 - $2,000
