We are seeking a full time Project Architect with 3-5 years’ experience in all phases of design and construction looking to expand their career within a dynamic and diverse studio environment. Successful candidates will have experience in leading a wide range of project types and will be able to work independently as well as in a team environment while completing multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Minimum Requirements:
B. Arch or M. Arch degree from an NAAB accredited program
Registered through NCARB
Licensed or working toward licensure in the State of South Carolina
Technical proficiency of REVIT and Adobe Creative Suite
Thorough knowledge of codes and zoning regulations
Possess excellent technical architectural detailing skills in all project phases from Conceptual Design through Construction Administration
Excellent oral and written skills
Possess self-motivation, strong work ethic and personally driven to consistently meet goals
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with other professionals in the office and with consulting engineers
Demonstrate experience on wide range of project types including commercial, institutional, educational, and residential
Plan and execute projects from inception through completion
Ability to teach less experienced designers in all aspects of projects
Preferred
LEED accreditation or exhibited interest in achieving credentials.
Knowledge in Lumion
Experience in writing specifications
