You will join a team of trial attorneys with a proven track record of exceptional results across Colorado. Competitive candidates will have at least eight or more years of experience in complex civil litigation, preferably with state and federal civil rights disputes, including employment and constitutional claims. The ideal candidate has excellent analytic and communication skills, is outstanding in the courtroom, and is a team player. The salary range is $145,000 to $155,000 based on experience.
This position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health/dental/vision insurance, 401Kretirement plan with firm contribution, paid long and short-term disability, employer paid family leave, paid time off, and paid holidays. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
