POSITION: Part-time Sales & Stylist

show up ready to support wherever needed — whether that’s on the floor with clients, building a client base in our digital CRM, assisting with product, fulfilling e-commerce orders, or helping ensure the store is clean and well maintained. ABOUT THIS ROLE:
As a Part-Time Stylist, you will:
- Warmly welcome all guests and support the sales floor through direct client interaction, outreach, individual, and team selling.
- Assist in styling clients and helping create a high-touch, memorable shopping experience
- Stay informed on Capitol’s current merchandise, styling direction, and upcoming events
- Maintain the cleanliness and visual standards of the store and stockroom
- Communicate effectively via Slack and in person to ensure smooth handoffs and team coordination
- Support team trunk shows and events
- Contribute to team sales goals through collaborative selling, relationship building, sending new products to your growing client list, and exceptional service
- Maintain a consistent weekly schedule and communicate availability in advance
- Arrive on time for scheduled shifts to help prepare the store to open. Punctuality is key.
