- Jira/Confluence proficient.
- Experience running Agile teams, with KANBAN, SCRUM, etc.
- Github/ Git proficient.
- Run Agile/Kanban teams.
- Support the end-to-end product lifecycle: from discovery and definition to launch and iteration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, partnerships, GTM) to develop and ship high-impact AI features and agentic workflows.
- Partner directly with clients to understand their data, domain-specific challenges, and use cases.
- Conduct research on user needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
- Define and manage product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Assist in prioritizing and maintaining the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Measure and communicate product success through KPIs and user feedback.
- 3 - 10 years of experience in a product, strategy, or technical role (e.g., product management, consulting, data/AI-focused operations).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize user needs, data insights, and technical constraints.
- Comfort working with unstructured data and an eagerness to understand complex enterprise workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a bias toward action, ownership, and continuous learning.
- Bonus: Experience with AI/ML products, B2B SaaS, or clients in media, finance, or professional services.
- Passion for AI and emerging technology.
- Experience working closely with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Software development background preferred.
- Have a “can do” and positive attitude.
