Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise customers to understand business goals, data landscapes, and technical constraints.
- Design and deploy agentic AI applications—integrating our core platform into customer systems and workflows.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to inform roadmap priorities based on customer insights.
- Build connectors, pipelines, and custom interfaces that help enterprise data flow securely and efficiently into our platform.
- Prototype and deliver new use cases using large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor—supporting pilots, integrations, and scaled deployments.
- Help shape implementation best practices, documentation, and reusable frameworks to accelerate future customer success.
- 3–7 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or applied ML, ideally in a customer-facing or consulting capacity.
- Proficient in Python, TypeScript, or similar languages; experience working with APIs, cloud infrastructure, and data processing.
- Comfortable working directly with enterprise customers, including C-suite and technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem solver who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments.
- Experience with AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases) is a major plus.
- Bonus: prior experience at an AI, data, or B2B SaaS company, or as a solutions engineer or implementation specialist.
- Familiarity with multimodal content generation and document processing.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools.
- Experience with API design and integration for AI services.

Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
