We are currently seeking an experienced Solar Electrical Journeyman/Foreman to join our team! The Electrical Journeyman/Foreman will work as the site manager and help motivate, drive, and manage the team to ensure assigned tasks are completed within the allotted time frame and budget.
Schedule- Mon-Fri. Some weekends and OT may be required
Work Location-Will work in Stanislaus County

Responsibilities And Duties
Pay: $35.00 - $65.00 per hour

Responsibilities And Duties
- Construction management of subcontractors; Inspection and logistics of large-scale roof and ground mount PV electrical systems.
- Solar/PV construction & commissioning.
- Knowledge of DAS or SCADA installations. Including but not limited to the installation of a systems weather station and various components.
- Ability to interpret the designs' intent.
- Inspection service for solar/PV, electrical and general construction
- Ability to interpret specifications and read blueprints.
- Assist in lay out of work for crew.
- Quality Assurance on all assigned projects
- Development and implementation of plans for managing time, materials, and manpower
- Valid CA General Electrician License
- Experience with Solar Ground Mount Systems
- 3-5 years' experience in Electrical Sub-contractor supervision
- 5-8 years of experience in Commercial Electrical Work
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have moderate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Physical requirements include sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and use of hands and arms to operate equipment. Must have a strong sense of balance and no fear of heights. Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs.
