Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute patient transportation services in accordance with our organization's policies and procedures
Ensure timely and safe transportation of patients to and from medical appointments, treatments, and other facilities
Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Manage patient transportation schedules, including booking, confirming, and canceling appointments as needed
Collaborate with other teams, including nursing, therapy, and administrative staff, to ensure effective communication and coordination
Maintain accurate records of patient transportation activities, including logs, reports, and statistical data
