The Capitol Region Education Council is seeking a highly qualified Special Education Teacher to work in one of its many summer programs. Located in Clinton, CT, the STRIVE summer program will operate from July 6, 2026, and end on July 31, 2026. Work hours will be from 7:45 11:45, Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience working with students ages 18 22 with developmental disabilities, have at least 5 years of teaching experience, and demonstrate the ability to design and deliver specialized instruction.
Prefer CT SDE certification as a Special Education Teacher with students at the secondary level. Will consider other certification areas.
