Responsibilities
- Manage rent tracking and tenant communications.
- Process late payments, renew leases, and handle court paperwork as needed.
- Prepare financial reports and invoices in QuickBooks.
- Maintain accurate records, contracts, legal documents and ensure excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and handle tenant and vendor issues.
- Handle conflict management situations professionally to resolve tenant concerns effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- QuickBooks experience required; Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Previous property management experience preferred (not necessary).
- Handle conflict management situations professionally to resolve tenant concerns effectively.
