We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment. The Sales Associate will play a key role in achieving sales targets and enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers. Also, ability to do demo tables outside of the store to help promote the store!
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring a smooth transaction.
- Conduct cold calling and follow-up communications to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts through effective account management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Ability to learn about products, and new products coming into the store.
- Go out to local gyms, businesses, and events for demo tables to promote the store
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or inside sales is preferred.
- Strong skills in managing customer relationships and account management.
- Ability to conduct cold calling and engage potential clients effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on active listening.
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Having a flexible schedule.
