Duties
- Contacts to customers
- Deals with lenders and customers to secure favorable financing terms.
- Provider exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the vehicle purchase process, including financing options
- Prepare and manage all finance-related paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring quick and smooth transactions.
- Maintain a professional appearance and set an example for the sales team through daily actions.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively planning, setting goals, analyzing performance data, and forecasting.
Requirements
- Spanish speaker
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
